Spyro VS The Blunder Tails

This..took me all day. I can't believe I spent so much more time on this one than Spyro meets Arborick. 
Don't even get me started on how agonising it was to draw the Blunder tails, but out of all this effort I have put in today I feel like I'm getting the hang of making backgrounds getting the shading and lighting right. 
But crab like creatures are very tough to draw so I'm glad I got this done.

Anyway if you do know how long this actually took it me it was in fact 8 hours straight. 
I know for a digital painting? Maybe I just fuss over it to much I don't know but either way I'm happy with how it came out.
